Sorry no. At the time of the incident, I actually edited my original post detailing the deal specifics trying to be "nice".
If memory serves, the "deal" wasn't anything outrageous - $34.95 (or $35.95) with unlimited bandwidth for 12 months, possibly charging me the $25 unlimited bandwidth insurance fee, and then crediting it back. The only reason I was offered that rate was due to Sympatico's incompetent CSR's, who didn't follow through with what was verbally agreed upon (on two different occasions) |
