look at @videotron.ca	Be aware of: »Is your VoIP or VPN affected by Bell's throttling practices? Same as this one, but that link asks if you have VOIP or VPN problems to submit them to the CRTC

oh Look @videotron.ca	seems like the CRTC did some web page updates. There's about 800 submissions online now by the people in support of CAIP. Keep it going, and don't let up! If you are copying/pasting the text from the first post of this topic & your VOIP or VPN is affected just add (in addition to the pre-written text for you) that you VPN/VOIP is inoperable at the times of the throttle and how it affects you work or even can affect emergency 911 calls, or whatever you care to add. Lets try and get 1000 submission up there by early next week!
