| What you should know about Pathway
- They do not have a toll-free number to reach them. They have a local number in Toronto and another one in Hamilton.
- Technical support (24/7) calls are forwarded to India, and therefor doesn't provide service in french, BUT they do offer service in Quebec province.
- High Speed DSL is $29.95 for the first three months, $44.95 thereafter for 9 months, then it's $49.95 for the 2nd year.
- Unlimited 56k dial-up is $25.95 per month !
- They also offer VoIP (called "VoiceCool")
- Last year, they merged with Citenet Telecom in Montreal. Citenet resells Pathway's VoIP and long distance services.
