[ Troubleshooting] Verizon EVDO - Rev A, here one minute gone th

anon : I just started yesterday with the 30 day free trial of the verizon EVDO with a UM150. I've got 4 bars, -75dBm. Sometimes i get Rev A with download speeds of 1200+, other times i get stuck on National Access with speeds of around 120 download, but yet i've still got 4 bars.... I read that you can hit CTRL D to force a Rev A connection, but that action requires a password on my VZAccessManager, any suggestions? Verizon TechSupport suggested an antenna, and is sending one to me to try, but if I've already got 4 bars, will that help? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
