I think you probably meant to post this in AT&T Direct: &raquo;<A HREF="/forum/sbcdirect">/forum/sbcdirect</A>.<br><br>There maybe a chance that your old modem is simply failing.  They don't last forever, especially the hot running 5260 modems.  Even a new Motorola 2210 (the basic modem AT&T issues now) would be a better modem than your 5260.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1053365"><b>Jayfsee</b></A> : Equipment as follows:<br><br>Speedstream 5260 Modem<br>Belkin Router<br>Apple iMac running OSX 10.5.2<br>Line Number 310-558-xxx<br>Email; xxxx@pacbell.net <br><br>The problem I am having is that today the modem seems to be dropping the internet connection every 30 minutes or so.<br><br>Could you possibly check out the line and the modem from your end and make sure the setup is good.
