I rebooted everything just now (08:43), and came up with this:

Your Throughput

Download = 5.021 Mbps
Upload = 740.05 kbps

which is excellent for me. I usually hang around 4.8-4.9, and 650ish.

Try the direct forum rather than calling AT&T, less aggrevating.

I have an application that is really bad with the speed, but the speed test still shows normal for both upload and download though.

There's something up on certain routes..
