You clearly don't own Verizon stock- not much money to be made there, in fact, if you bought Verizon stock when the company was formed (Bell Atlantic + GTE) you'd have lost ~30% of your investment... rants about excessive profits have no place here. |

I would imagine that you'd be one of those people complaining that the level of customer service you've had with your cable/tel company has been decreasing in recent years. Why do you think that's happening? You pay $10.00/hr and you get $10.00/hr employees.. pay a decent wage and you get decent employees.
