You are wrong with that assumption. Many of the East coast call centers are IBEW represented as well as the call center in Everett, WA. Furthermore, when I worked at the Ameritech/SBC call center in Hoffman Estates, IL we were part of IBEW Local 21. IBEW may primarily be a trade Union, but it does represent more than just Electricians and Field techs. |
