I love it when I get the FIOS sales person to my home. Granted, he came AFTER I ordered FIOS installed. Anywho, I totally quizzed him hard core after studying the technology and the rest for more than a month.
That being said, my billing issues have stopped after the first 4-5 months. Everytime, a simple phone call fixed it.
