Call 888-505-3512

You cannot place the order for the free digital adapters with Verizons regular customer care, it has be with the Verizon Digital conversion team, the phone number is 888-505-3512, and they will ship out that free adpater by UPS to the address listed in the account. If you placed the order with Verizons billing department, then they will charge you the monthly $3.99 plus a one time $19.99 additional jack fee.
