Don't need more than one tier too

TWC doesn't even think tiered services are needed in Orange or Villa Park California. The only option we have is the 5M/386K @ $49.99 tier.

I live in Orange and you are NOT correct. I have the best residential plan that time warner offers. 10M/2M, you however have the lowest plan that they offer. They have three tiers here...5M/386k, 6M/768k, and 10M/2M. PEACE

What part of Orange are you in? I'm in 92869 (east Orange) and they don't. My friend's parents live over on the opposite side of the city from me and TWC doesn't offer anything but that tier. My boss, and many people I used to work with, live in Villa Park and none of them have ever been able to order anything but that tier.

How much are you paying for 10/2?

Man, u need to talk to TWC again. I am paying 45.00 for my tier. Which I got two months ago.

It must be something new, I was talking with them 3 months ago and they were still only offering only that tier, plus that is what all the by-city documents (the ones that tell you what channels you'll actually get in that service area) was saying.

Seems they've changed things in March:
Basic - 1.5Mbps / 386Kbps @ $34.95
Standard - 6Mbps / 512Kbps @ &44.95
Turbo - 10Mbps / 1Mbps @ $55.95

Back in February it was only this:
'unnamed tier' - 5 or 6Mbps) / 386Kbps @ $49.95

About time they changed that, I've been complaining for years. Plus I've never even seen close to my 386Kbps up.

Where did you see/hear 5M/386k, 6M/768k, and 10M/2M?

ok, when u enter my zip code (92868) for road runner. You get this web site which has the package (turbo). That is the one I have 10Mbits but instead of the listed 55 bucks...i got it for 45. But I have TWC at my work in tustin and we can only get 8Mbits, so it is highly sensitive to location.

Yeah my tier doesn't seem to exist anymore. Looks like I need to call TWC, I'm still getting 386K up and paying $49.95/m.
