Forcing users up to higher end plans.<br><br>What doesn't make sense from a technical standpoint is throttling/capping low (1.5Mbps) plans... they aren't consuming 'excessive' amounts or disrupting as 10-50Mbps users can.  Its a pure cash grab by souring the basic plan to be unusable.<br><small>--<br>Canada = Hollywood North</small>]]></description>
