Looks like Atlantic Nexus does have business class with a /28. That's what I'm going to try - though, at a higher price. Hopefully the time of the small, independent ISP is not gone.

Right behind you time to cut my loses. Atlantic Nexus seems like the only substitute in town.

Regarding Atlanta static IPs... If you are close to a CO, SpeakEasy.net. They don't do any remote DSLAMs.

I also talked with Milton at Net2Atlanta.com earlier and they offer them. Actually, he's driving over to Speed Factory's office now, so maybe some of you can meet him.
