| Re: Appears to be Upstream Carrier Outage I was using them on 4/11 around 10AM EST when they went offline, I was able to SSH and reach my other server on their network but could not get outside of their network, I agree with you that they lost their POP to the backbone, and around 10PM EST, 4/11/2008 their gateway 66.23.224.1 and their DNS 66.23.208.142 went offline as well (no longer answer a ping).
Friend of mine went to their local place in here in ATL/GA and their door has a sign saying "We are having an outage call their CA office at 714-765-0100" and when I called that number the Tech Support falls in to "All Circuit Busy, please call later message" I guess they hosted their phone over same IP pipe and that is out too. ;-((
I hope they are not going out of biz and or stopped paying their bill.
I chose them since they offered static IP and had their ports open and offered SMTP relay mail form me Now I have to look for another provider. |
