I would imagine that you'd be one of those people complaining that the level of customer service you've had with your cable/tel company has been decreasing in recent years. Why do you think that's happening? GPSrob join:2007-05-21 1 edit	No you don't. If you pay a "decent" wage ~~at a union shop~~, you get some good folks but also a bunch of $10/hr employees making more than they're worth that you can't ever get rid of. edit - true enough... happens everywhere, not just union shops
