There is a disclaimer that does talk about fees and taxes. There is a 6$ subscriber line fee that goes to the maint and upkeep of the phone lines around the city. Then there are the taxes that no one but the govt has control over. However as we have noticed in the last year some companies have made crap "fees". Im not saying this is line is. Its something to atleast find out about.
