Customized timezone not working since DDOS

Been overseas for quite some time now. My local time zone is UTC+8 and was configured accordingly in the prefs page after I left (screenshot included).

After the latest DDOS, I noticed the timestamp on posts and forum pages are in Eastern time instead of my customized timezone. Not sure whether is it actually due to the DDOS but for sure it did happen only after the attacks.

sorry, I limited the character set for tz too strictly. It should pick yours up again.
