I'd have to check their website, but I don't think that FSN+ is a full time station. I think that it's a channel that is used only when there are 2 games on at the same time that FSN is to air. FSN had technical issues with FSN+ when the Wings were to be aired (against Columbus I believe) a short while back.

How many sports channels do you need anyway?
