I'm going to have to ask your question too. I use a caching nameserver that gets requests from top-level DNS servers. I don't even know the DNS servers at SF. If I did I guess I could get to www.speedfactory.net without issue since it is on the internal network. If that is the case and other SF users can do the same why has their not been any information placed on that site?

THAT being said the handling of this has been beyond ridiculous so my wife just put in the order to switch us back to the dark side (scumcast)... what a shame as SF has been the ISP of choice among the tech-savvy (at least in Atlanta) for years...
