@Level3.net | Techies, Help! Hi, I need internet access for classes I teach. Since speedfactory went out, I've been using Earthlink dial-up for 9.99/month, unlimited time for the first three months. Who do you recommend for a DSL provider? I need someone who can set everything up. An odd thing occurred: the info Earthlink sent to me appeared in my speedfactory e-mail, but that's all that appeared.
Also, just before speedfactory went out, they billed my credit card AND asked me to update my credit card expiration date.
I hope they return because it was so nice to call and not be transferred to India. | |

Smyrna, GA | Plenty of folks here seem to have switched to Atlantic Nexus (myself included); others have gone with Abraxis, you can read the threads to find some other possibilities as well. There are enough other choices out there that you should be able to safely avoid the seppuku that is going with BellSouth, Comcast, or Charter if you so desire. | |
