| reply to bananabob i did that test and everything passed.. it said my speeds are good and theres no throttling, its really weird, i even tried downloading the torrent with most leechers and i cant seem to exeed 10 kb/second.. really pathetic my ratio now is down the shitter and yes i do have encryption enabled. my download speed is around 1.5 mbs but the upload is just crappy. |

No need to test - Shaw has admitted to using Ellacoya deep-packet inspection boxes to throttle BitTorrent. There are threads that even have the official statement from the CEO about that.

follow those links to test ur line to see if shaw is screwing with you. I found my upload was limited to 50KB and im on extreme. |
