i did that test and everything passed.. it said my speeds are good and theres no throttling, its really weird, i even tried downloading the torrent with most leechers and i cant seem to exeed 10 kb/second.. really pathetic my ratio now is down the shitter and yes i do have encryption enabled. my download speed is around 1.5 mbs but the upload is just crappy. |

Yeah, just enable encryption.
No need to test - Shaw has admitted to using Ellacoya deep-packet inspection boxes to throttle BitTorrent. There are threads that even have the official statement from the CEO about that.

Try enabling encryption in your client. If I don't throttle it, I have problems because I upload too much. |

follow those links to test ur line to see if shaw is screwing with you. I found my upload was limited to 50KB and im on extreme. |
