<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1544880"><b>Ataru</b></A> : Seems hopeless to me.  If they do return, it will be with a seriously reduced customer base and a reputation in shambles.  If they start answering the phones again, you will be able to formally cancel your service, and those of us who have switched will have to remain vigilant for additional attempts to bill us.  At least if you switch, you have a reasonable expectation that you will be up again in a few days, if not sooner.]]></description>
