He wants one box on the side that will convert digital to analog to feed all of his analog TV's.

This is in development by BroadLogic.

There's no ETA on it's availability. Once it is mass produced, it will be up to each local cable company as to if they want to deploy it. They will manage it, so there's nothing you can buy or will ever buy.
