Are there other bway.net people here?

I actually only just realized that there is a (minor) forum on this topic, but the only post is seven years old!

Anyone who's read the reviews here, and needless to add, anyone who's with bway.net, knows that they're incredibly good. I emphasize the "incredible" part because ISP's like bway.net are nearly non-existent in today's business environment.

So the purpose of renewing the discussion here would not be to criticize the service, but perhaps to come up with ways to make it a better service. They're working hard, so this could possibly be an opportunity to support them, and if some of their people jump in and respond, all the better.

I can say that as an independent professional in NYC, they've been lifesavers on more occasions than I care to recall. If I could wish for any particular thing from them it would be a viable voip service, and of course to deliver higher speeds without an increased fee. The latter is simply a matter of numbers, and I'm sure they'd do it if it were feasible. But if others think they could benefit from a voip option tied to bway.net's reliable service, I'd like to hear from them.

I'd also like to see a better web site. I'm not sure why they maintain that ancient-looking presence on the web. Could it just be the result of a budget so tight they can't pay someone to work on it? It seems to me that the web site could ease the burden in other areas. It'd be nice to pay my bill on-line for example (I do now, but through my bank), and it makes sense for THEM to have a forum like this. Again, it's possible they can't budget for the manpower required.
