Damn, I didn't realize it was so territorial!

Thanks for the quick response. I'll go search the Rogers board (although I've heard some pretty bad things about them, as an ISP).

Well, they're in the news lately as they're circumventing internet advertising with their own, however I've a few friends on Rogers who have no issues uploading torrents whatsoever. I also think Rogers is going to be in the 100GB cap country as well, just like Videotron.

It's so strange how Canada seemed to be a wonderful land of internet awesomeness, and in the past year we've entered the dark ages, of caps, net neutrality issues, torrent disruption, blah blah blah... far worse than the US!

Thats for sure, its amazing how much of a downturn things have taken in the past 6 months. Kind of depressing knowing there are so few options now for decent, unmolested internet access with decent caps and a reasonable price.
