The issue is that the company which won the contract is failing to meet it's obligations.
Apparently, it's SOP for this company.... |

They can't get approvals to place APs on lightpoles. Or in Trenton's case, Trenton reneged on promise to be a lead tenant, etc, etc. NOTHING ever goes on schedule when dealing with local pols. Why do you think that Verizon and AT&T and others wanted laws passed allowing state franchises? SO that they didn't have to deal with all the nonsense of local politics. -- My BLOG .. .. | Not quite.
You should really add a IMHO in front of that. How often do you deal with any contracts - put out to bid or off of the OGS? Can you define what the NY OGS is without doing a google search?
I deal with contracts - for a government agency - and we do not tolerate any practices like that. If you cannot meet our requirements/schedule, we find someone else who will.
There has been nothing said that E-Path is having an issue with any part of the government - it does not state why they are not meeting their deadline. |
