My speeds get capped at 200k from FP (i'm a subscriber, normally I max out my modem) and the speeds fluctuate from nothing to 200k constantly. Initial download speed can be as high as 900k but then it drops down to nothing.
There are other people with the same issues via a google search.

Alberta | If the issue is just with FP, my feeling on the matter is this is a problem on their end they need to fix, as no other file hosting sites have this kind of issue. |
