How often do you deal with any contracts - put out to bid or off of the OGS? Can you define what the NY OGS is without doing a google search? I deal with contracts - for a government agency - and we do not tolerate any practices like that. If you cannot meet our requirements/schedule, we find someone else who will. There has been nothing said that E-Path is having an issue with any part of the government - it does not state why they are not meeting their deadline.

This is SOP for any company dealing with government agencies and pols. They can't get approvals to place APs on lightpoles. Or in Trenton's case, Trenton reneged on promise to be a lead tenant, etc, etc. NOTHING ever goes on schedule when dealing with local pols.
