A quick Traceroute...

...seems to show that the Speed Factory page with the outage message is being hosted on an Allegiance Telecom / XO Communications IP address, probably out of Philadelphia. Looks like an attempt to stem the tide of customers heading for greener pastures.

The NextPhase Wireless and Speed Factory Webmail pages are still down...
