I live in Clinton as well. I have watched the speed test results drop and ping levels shoot up since December. Like you, I have no trouble during the weekday, it is only weekends and evenings that I have trouble, I have the 15/1 service and last night was getting less than I down and only 383k up. I have called in multiple times with no result other than the local tech finding out that the node I am on has way too many users on it. Fortunately I have been in touch with Bainch on these forums and he was able to help out, some time this week the node is suppose to be split up and hopefully things will get better. If your lucky maybe your on the same node and your problems will go away as well. Do call tech support, explain to them that your speed test results are way below what your paying for and get a credit issued. I have been calling for and getting a credit each month. |
