| reply to Icetoad Re: Primus DSL, uncapped and unthrottled?
I have been with Primus for about 2 years and luckily have not been affected by the recent Bell throttling, however I know that about 1 year ago I was switched from Bell equipment to Primus equipment because I was having issues with my DSL and found the issue to be a bad port. I don't know why some people are throttled and some not, but it might be because Primus uses alot of their own equipment unlike other ISP resellers. |

If so, then yes throttling will not affect you because the only thing Bell controls in that case is the physical copper line. |

Hope this helps. |
