SF Just came up in Decatur GA

Just came up a few minutes ago, and I mean inside and outside access...

It came up in brookhaven. Long enough for me to switch to Bellsouth. Phone lines are back to. I'm calling now to cancel. . .

Just came up in Acworth too. I held out till today and switched to Comcast Workplace 8MB. Won't have that service until Thursday, but at least I am no longer term with speed factory...

Now I have to talk to my clients that I still hosted on my own servers. Luckily I moved the bulk of my clients to GoDaddy a while ago.

This is the last straw for me too. After the billing system crash and them turning me off without warning because of their billing screw up, this is the last straw.

I am back up, too, out in the western 'burbs.

I didn't think SF was ever coming back. This is surprising, but I can't trust them any more after they way they handled (not!) this outage. Atlantic Nexus has me scheduled for turn-up tomorrow.

The lessons, SF, are not to disconnect your phones and hide during a major outage, and not to let your web site stay down. I note that the web site still contains no acknowledgment of over three days of continuous downtime, and that your phone number, while it no longer yields an "all circuits are busy" message, still goes to a busy signal after welcoming me to Speed Factory.

It may be that you intend to stay in the DSL business, but you don't seem sufficiently staffed (or funded) to prevent another outage of this sort.

Yeah, seriously! Where the hell was this "we accept responsibility" BS that I've seen posted elsewhere? Their website still has nothing on it pertaining to the events from this weekend. While at work today I was pounding the refresh button on this forum and the SF website to get news, and I never saw half of the things that some users claim to have seen.
