Congestion ??

Starting Thursday night I've had major problems with packet loss from west coast servers. Gaming is near impossible at the moment as I am losing from 15 - 54 % packets between Dallas and Midland, Tx. ae-93-93.csw4.Dallas1.Level3.net specifically on line quality tests at dslreports.com

Is there a problem that is known before I call and start complaining and will it be fixed anytime soon?

Just another brick in my wall of disappointment with suddenlink.
