Bell Canada USE to do this, until the CRTC banned it

Back a few years ago, Bell Canada was FAMOUS for doing this. As a result our CRTC (somewhat close to the FCC) banning such practice.

I'm pretty sure the rule is 90 days "freeze" on advertising now.
