I just recently had gotten the 2Wire Gateway 2701HG-G, and have tried opening ports for the Diablo 2 game to my laptop which is a wireless connection, I have selected the computer correctly, and when selecting the program, I get the following: Error - An unknown error has occurred.

This happens with all applications I've tried.

The only way for me to host games with this program I have to use the DMZ option, which I would rather not.

Has anyone else experienced this type of problem and if so, how did you fix it?
