Yeah, I'll have to call and see if I can't get some credit as it is making it very difficult to enjoy the internet when I am here the most. I doubt I'm on the same node as you..:( not that lucky, lol.
How might I contact Bainch? ( extremely new here, as I have just found the site! ) I'd like to maybe see if maybe he can help me as well. |

| Well..yesterday It worked fine, after a weird disconnect the previous night that lasted awhile, I thought they may be fixing it. No disconnects at all the next day..no high latency either.
Thought..yay, It's fixed! ..but tonight I'm back to 2,000ms..Grr. |

| I recieved a message from Bainch, he stated that the work is scheduled for Thursday night/Friday morning. I sent him another message asking if he could check to see if you are on the same node. He replied that he needs your MAC ID to find out. That would be found in your modems information, most likely at »192.168.100.1 The info needed is the HFC MAC address. Loock at the top of your screen to see if you got my Instant Message for a better way to contact me if you need help. |
