Effective Monday, April 14, 2008, Bulloch Telephone Company will require its residential and business wireline Customers to use 1+ dialing when calling Alltel wireless exchanges in Brooklet and Portal, Georgia.

Bulloch Telephone Company will charge their Customers toll for these calls. These changes in no way affect current Alltel wireless service.

Reps who receive calls from Customers regarding Reverse Toll Billing (RTB) issues should transfer them to Longview Customer Service using transfer code 676

The following options are available to Alltel Customers and their frequent callers that are impacted by this change:
• Have the Customer's frequent callers contact them from the caller's wireless handset to avoid possible toll charges altogether.
• Suggest that the Customer change their wireless number to an exchange that will better match the wireline local calling area from which they receive most of their calls. The number change can be done free of charge.
