<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1421736"><b>asaw2513</b></A> : Reverse Toll Billing for Bulloch Phone Co. - GA  <br>Effective Monday, April 14, 2008, Bulloch Telephone Company will require its residential and business wireline Customers to use 1+ dialing when calling Alltel wireless exchanges in Brooklet and Portal, Georgia. <br><br>Bulloch Telephone Company will charge their Customers toll for these calls. The number change can be done free of charge. ]]></description>
