You might consider making the newsletter sign-up an op-in rather than an opt-out, and then nobody would make that mistake.

I totally agree with this statement. I have made that suggestion so lets see where it gets us.

Looks like they did it already. You now have to put a dot next to the one to receive relevant information and or email

It's about time and than heaven for small favors. I might even be able to remove Panda from my Junk/Spam mail filter after all this time.
