Mountlake Terrace/ Edmonds WA -- FIOS

I been seeing the Verizon trucks and vans all over town. I'm wondering how soon FIOS will be ready for us.

They finally strung FIOS wiring on 220th St. SW East of 44th Ave. West past our house today in Mountlake Terrace, Sat. April 19, 2008. The crew had no knowledge of when Verizon was starting the connection phase for FIOS internet connection or when the Puget Sound area will receive FIOS TV. I could not get any information on the Verizon FIOS Internet sites this afternoon as far as installation availability at my home either with phone number or home address.

I received the FIOS flier in the mail a couple months ago in Edmonds. The lines have been pulled to access boxes (utility boxes) in the yards.

I'm in the Creekside Village Apts just off 236th St SW and 44th Ave. It seems that the residential homes west of here have it, but not us yet. And I too got the flier in my mailbox announcing availability...so maybe i should just call and verify.

may be just a mailing error. not uncommon. if you're in an apartment, you'd likely know if fios has come to your building.

your management would have notified you that they needed access to your apt to pull fiber in (usually into one of the closets).

btw, fios tv has been announced for wa. the tentative data is late summer, early fall
