jruggiero : I just sent an e-mail to moving@acanac.com to inform them that I will be moving into a new home on April 25th. I know I have ADSL service for sure in that area. I also provided in my e-mail (as an Acanac tech guy instructed me) my old address, my new address, my move in date, and my new telephone number.

The last time I moved, it took 5-7 days before my internet was working again. My new phone line will be active between 8am-12pm on April 25th. I just want to make sure my internet will be working the same day. I work at home and have my office set-up so I need my internet right away. Can someone from ACANAC please confirm that I will be able to have my internet up and running sometime on April 25th?

Thanks,
Jimmy
