Sympatico (Bell's ISP) is not involved in this. At least not directly. Technically this doesn't even have anything to do with the internet at all. It's just that everyone happens to use the service to reach their ISP for the internet access.<br><small>--<br>If you need a compiler to compile a compiler then where did the first compiler come from?</small>]]></description>
