Anchorage, AK | Shattered Sun Offensive Pendants I got the SSO pendant (forget the name of it, but it's the one with Agility, AP and procs power of the arcane on a certain percentage of damage causing hits).
Thing is I have never seen anything that looks like a proc.
I know they fixed them recently to prevent the pendants from attacking crowd controlled mobs, for example if I scatter shot a mob the pendant will no longer blast it immediately and break it.
But what I don't know is if it ever procs, and if it does what the range is. As I'm exalted with Scryer it's supposed to do something like 350-500 damage if it does proc, it's just I've never seen those numbers and my combat log hasn't recorded anything regarding arcane damage. |

Port Elgin, ON | For Aldor, the buff it gives is called Light’s Strength and it increases RAP by 200 for ten seconds.

I have noticed the same thing Forlin, I have yet to see any evidence of a proc. I have the dps caster necklace and am exalted with scryers, but I have yet to see any extra shots, any extra damage appear in my floating combat text, or any procs listed in my combat log.
So I am inclined to believe that they broke the proc when they hotfixed them this week, I just haven't been able to prove it yet. |

I bought the healer one for my paladin, and I have had it proc a few times. The animation is the same as a pally buff, so when it happened the first time, I thought that I had a blessing placed on me....
