Bell seems to think their silence speaks volumes as to their stance on the issue, however they are just putting themselves at a greater disadvantage, as they end up looking like a joke. The CAIP has a legitimate claim and just because they hold their proverbial hands over their ears, this will not make their claim go away. They know what they are doing is anticompetitive and against the instructions of the government, and the sooner the government takes over the lines, the better it will be for everyone, seeing as bell is intent on abusing them, and making a monopoly for themselves. Its like that whole thing that we learned in elementary school, if you abuse somethin g you should loose it. |
