<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Maybe bell should let the moths fly out of the wallet and spend say a few thousand dollars instead of nothing since the 1960's. To fritter money away on throttle boxes is something the crtc should fine them for such as Comcast would have been fined by the FCC for wasting money on sandvine equipment. Comcast still has many lawsuits pending so the past hasn't been forgotten. I can only hope both bell and rogers are sued.]]></description>
