SMTP Server Blacklisting Q

I plan to sign up for Speakeasy Business DSL, and want to know if anybody has experience running an SMTP server with wow. In particular, is the ISP blacklisted on any major list?

I've had major problems with AT&T/Yahoo before in this regard and want to make sure before I take the plunge...
