Had some issues initially, if you are you might want to try rebooting your router and modem a few times, took a few reboots for things to settle in.
I am one of the few that has a grandfathered static IP from the days when Patmedia was RCN, Ive had this IP for forever, and I complained initially, the day I got my email saying I would lose it, and I received a call from a representative from comcast, worked a deal out to the point he faxed me some paperwork to sign, I faxed it back, now my prices stay the same, I have my static IP, and my speeds are way faster. Im happy! Cant believe Im saying that with what ive heard about Comcast. Hope it lasts, but then, I do have a signed contract :D
