It is 10 business days

As the other writer of a part 7 complaint on this issue, I was told 10 business days for a reply from Bell. If Bell responds sooner, fine.

But i see nothing special about Bell having missed a non-existant deadline on tuesday.

Expect Bell's answers to factually state they have the right to manage their network and that the complainst are unfounded, that Bell treats all ISPs equally etc etc.

Don't bet your life on the CRTC siding with us.
