Cleveland West Side and my channels were upgraded 05-01-2008 and that's all that was upgraded. I've got 2 SA8300HD boxes and they are both running SARA (see picture below). Did anyone on the West Side get a software update? Plus what boxes do you have? and what software?

Solid lineup I'd say. Although I no longer wanted the HD tier since it's only 4 channels now (Mojo, HD Net, HD Net Movies, Universal HD), so I called to cancel the HD tier. Of course, being TW, all my new HD channels were cut out. I called again and this time the girl killed my box with updates (although it still turned on, but with the same problem as before). So I had to take my box up and get a new one. The new one has Mystro, and I really like it. They must have fixed the recording problem, as I was able to pause another channel while recording something. And the interface is much much quicker, as well as slick (fade in/out menus).

Also, a cool little addition: if you happen to turn to an SD channel that has an HD version, it will tell you in the info there's a better version to watch and it takes you to the HD channel by hitting OK. Nice!

Finding OnDemand stuff is a little strange at first (having to go to a certain channel instead of just hitting a button), but once you get the hang of it, it's fine. Also, you need to go into the settings to find DD5.1 when using an optical/coxial cable, it's not on by default if you use HDMI. But this new SA box blows the old Motorola out of the water.

Thanks for the feedback, Rebootme. Ironically, all that does is make the box reboot :) I tried it both holding in when plugging power in, and while the box was already up and running. We noticed the morning of the 29th at 5:45 am that it was locked up on the initializing mystero screen, about 2/3 of the way done. I have been told to boot holding power and select but that process, when complete, still does nothing. I would take the box to a service center to swap but they are only open when I am already at work, and a service call would take over a week from now until they can get here, can you believe that!? They say tune to 399 for more information, the program is the same one they have been playing for months, the website is exactly the same too.

They will probably make the switch in mass region by region, customer by customer really isn't possible.
