Re: New CT DSL customer, slow/nonexistent daytime speeds Not sure what Centurytel has in the system for issues like this, you are on the edge of service as stated and also by your modem stats.
My Dad has similar stats through ATT and they have his account locked to 364/364. Anything higher and he gets constant disconnects, even at the lower tier he has issues 3-4 days a year.

It may take getting to a local tech for them to actually know what you're talking about, unless you get someone who is knowledgeable enough to make the changes. |
